• For a small monthly fee, we will come on board to your team and manage any of the following:

  • QUOTING

    • Quoting multi-carriers and product solutions
    • Create a customized proposal for your customer with the most competitive options

  • ORDERS & PROVISIONING

    • Generate contracts, paperwork, LOAs, etc…
    • Submit signed contracts to chosen carrier
    • Facilitate and track order from beginning to end, to ensure a smooth installation
    • Facilitate conference calls when needed with customers, carriers and vendors to ensure all parties are up to date

  • RETENTION

    • Track customer expiration dates and renew services when needed
    • Repeat steps for Quoting and Orders/Provisioning

  • DISCONNECTS

    • Work with customer and carrier to disconnect specific account(s) or product(s)
    • Confirm equipment is returned and final billing is correct

  • MOVES/ADDS/CHANGES

    • Work with the customer and carrier to address any requests regarding moving locations, adding services or making changes to the account
    • Confirm all bills are correct after any changes have been made

  • BILLING DISPUTES

    • Work with carrier to understand billing issues and submit for credit if needed
    • Confirm all necessary credits are received and bills are correct

  • COMMISSIONS

    • Track all commissions from carriers, confirming the numbers are correct
    • Track new orders, making sure they are paid correctly and on time
    • Dispute any missed payment or decrease in commissions
