SCOPE OF WORK

• 

  PHASE 1: INVENTORY

  • Master spreadsheet will include the following:
    • "Master" inventory tab; will display ALL accounts
    • “Individual" inventory tabs; per location
      • Inventories will include:
        • Location name
        • Addresses
        • Carriers
        • Account numbers
        • Type of Services
        • Expirations dates
        • Phone numbers
        • Circuit Ids
        • Additional notes if needed
        • Additional info based upon request
  • Conference call to review inventory & discuss recommendations for efficiency, consolidation and cost savings

  Payment

  TBD. A quote will be provided on a case-by-case basis. The first half is due upfront; the second half is due upon inventory completion.

• 

  PHASE 2: CLEAN UP

  • Cancel accounts
    • Submit disconnect order; track till order completes and final bill is credited and correct
  • Account renewals
    • While attempting to increase bandwidth and lower monthly costs
    • Will provide an estimated cost savings
  • Adding new orders
    • Will provide a separate proposal with a multi-carrier solution
    • Generate new contracts from carrier and review with customer
    • Submit contracts/paperwork to the chosen carrier and track
    • Facilitate order through the Installation process; working directly with carrier, customer and vendors upon completion
  • Moving service to alternative carrier
    • Migrate customer to another carrier to save money and/or provide better service
    • Repeat steps under “adding new orders", as well as submitting LOAs to port existing numbers
    • Cancel previous service, repeat steps under “cancel accounts"
  • Daily and/or weekly follow ups on all orders and tracking until completion
  • Continually updating spreadsheet with new information
  • Bill analysis; ensure billing is correct on new accounts or accounts that endured a change

  Payment

  TBD. A quote will be provided on a case-by-case basis. This phase requires a small monthly payment over the course of 3 to 4 months.

  PHASE 3: MAINTENANCE

  • Answering additional questions and providing guidance to a more efficient and cost effective future
  • Continue the management and processes of Phase 2
  • Continue updating the inventory with all future changes
  • Track approaching expiration dates and discuss options
  • Yearly inventory review

  Payment

  TBD. A quote will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Based on quarterly billing.
